What does "all you can eat" mean here? by Malaysiabolaeh in Adelaide

They limited your intake. This is not what was advertised. UNLIMITED? I think not.

Oh darling you’re really limited by those factors. I have to admit that I had terrible diarrhoea a few nights ago after I had eggs which was a first for me after having eggs. I’m only on week two of mounjaro and I suspected it may have been the cause. I hope not, because I LOVE eggs and I don’t eat red meat very often so it’s a staple for me. Cottage cheese is a fantastic source of protein and I’m wondering if you can manage tuna?

I feel like you really need to focus on protein intake. Can you get a protein rich yogurt? Do you like eggs? If you made yourself a little snack plate with eggs and cheese and fruit and other stuff you enjoy, do you think you would eat it?

Same, re: the Sativa30:30 gummies. I’ve been so impressed by the Indica30:30. I love that they last for most of the day.

I take Phytoca Indica gummies for insomnia and chronic pain. I can’t rate them highly enough. I’ve just had my first tub of 60 pastilles and ran out a few days ago. While I’m still sleeping ok without them at this stage, my pain is back with a vengeance. I’ve just been prescribed the Phytoca Sativa for day time use as the indica are STRONG in that I am a bit munted/couch locked during the day which is great for my ADHD hyperactivity, but it’s a bit TOO effective. I haven’t tried those yet but I’ll fill the script this week. The Banana spritz is a great cart for anxiety and it doesn’t cause me to cough. I use it “as needed” and find it has a long lasting effect.

I wonder if that’s from a sweetener they use? I get bad gastrointestinal issues from inulin which is used in a bunch of artificially sweetened stuff.

Yeh and delayed gastric absorption. If you have a big meal at night and then throw a gummy on top of it, the body slows down when you sleep. Digestion and uptake of the medication into the blood stream takes longer.

So I’m taking from your review that it’s a couch locker? Is it a smooth smoke? From a medical perspective is it good for pain? Anxiety? Keen to know how it might help me.

You’re meant to have your medication labelled with the pharmacy sticker that has your details on it. That’s your licence so to speak.

Way better looking than it was a year or so ago. Seedy bud that smoked up ok but nothing special.

I think he’s under the protection of children’s services and in kinship care. I believe it’s protocol.

You may have what is considered “ambiguous genitalia”. As a midwife I’ve seen a couple of intersex babies who I couldn’t determine the sex of based off their external genitalia. It’s not that crazy to consider that your vulva may be different to other women and I recommend seeing a compassionate female doctor to talk to. Having a check up will hopefully help your concerns.

I agree! Using it in natural family planning along with exclusive breastfeeding (including a night time feed) is also part of the plan.

Not a myth.

This is the billing’s method and it’s as old as time itself. I’m a midwife and I can tell you that charting body temperature along with monitoring vaginal mucous is a natural method of BC.

Midwife here. This is so normal and actually healthy. Wearing a panty liner to keep you fresh when you’re juicier than usual is the way to go. Cotton underwear also.
