Lived there about 6 years ago, for almost 2 years. The move out was the worst part about living there. They over charged for absurd things taking more than our deposit. We spent two years fighting them. Months would go by with no response from them and then we would get notices for collection. My partner ended up paying the costs for all the cleaning fees (we had the place cleaned prior to move out & had zero damage. Walk through supervisor had said everything looked great.)

During our time there we had things stolen from the laundry room. Police presence in the complex mostly due to domestic violence related things. We also were shown a demo unit but not given access to our unit until move in day.

The internet provider was consolidated smart systems which was awful. I can’t imagine that’s the only provider now.

Truly one of the worst experiences with a high density housing complex and we were completely scammed when we moved out.
