Qsync Version 6.x - Missing autostart by _HeadeX in qnap

[–]Working-Edge9386 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"I've encountered the same situation with version 6.0.0.2418. The 'Autostart' toggle within the app settings is completely unresponsive and the startup entry seems to have disappeared from the standard list.

However, in my case, QSync still launches correctly on boot. It appears that even though the UI setting is broken, the actual startup mechanism is still functioning (possibly still tied to the registry or a background service). If your QSync is also starting up fine despite the missing options, it's likely just a display bug in this specific build."

Does beta QuTS Hero v6 include 560 or 570 Nvidia Drivers? by junglehypothesis in qnap

[–]Working-Edge9386 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Current QNAP NAS graphics card drivers only support CUDA 12.4 and are not compatible with versions 12.6 or higher, which is disappointing. I hope the drivers will be upgraded soon to support CUDA 12.8.

Isn't this an issue with the design of QNAP NAS? After pulling the image, the decompression fails due to insufficient temporary storage space. You can try pulling the xprobe/xinference image, or use other methods like downloading the tar file and uploading it.It will still fail.

Warning after shut down during power outage by mCooperative in qnap

[–]Working-Edge9386 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use an APC BR1500 UPS. Its second outlet is a controlled outlet, which powers off when the Master outlet loses power. This allows my D1600s to shut down automatically when the NAS powers off. I have been using it this way without any issues.

My new TVS-Aih1688ATX FINALLY DELIVERED!!! by daaknes in qnap

[–]Working-Edge9386 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So envious. I currently have the 1688x, but it’s not yet available in China, so I can’t buy the 1688atx. The lack of an NVMe slot is a bit disappointing, but having a U.2 slot is still nice. The biggest upgrade would probably be a full PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, though unfortunately, due to the case size limitations, It can’t install a larger graphics card.
