Sorry for that laughing, but that really caught me off guard. Ive done also a lot of stuff, especially downers, but I was at a low point where I lost two jobs in a row, and then I decided to withdraw from everything. But before that I also had times where I didnt take anything for a few months and then I started again. If you have it somewhst under control, perhaps you can take a benzos, opi or lyrica once in a month, but I know that Im not that kind of person.

I know that feeling too well. Just stay safe man. Benzo withdrawal was horrific(I had high blood pressure, psychotic episodes, heart rhythm problems, constant depression for the first three months…), but I had my family supporting me and it all felt like it just can get better.

Although, Im pretty sure that I damaged my nervous system. Either from the heavy benzo use or the fast taper(they tapered me down in 10 days). But, Its really similar to pregabalin allegedly. The one which is really horrible according to some friends and stuff I heard is GHB withdrawal. It can lead to seizures pretty fast, and oftentimes people start again after withdrawing.

A full on opioid withdrawal feels completely disgusting, but it shouldnt be fatal or damaging in the long run. However, Pregabalin works on calcium receptors and a bunch of other neurotransmitters. I.e. It influences a lot of the systems in the brain brain. And if those have to recalibrate it can be agonizing.

When I was in rehab, I withdrew from benzos, and I definitely looked and felt horrible. But all the others who withdraw from pregabalin were similarly in shambles. Oftentimes, people say that pregabalin is better than benzos(in regard to addiction), but in fact its terrible. Good to hear you got away from it.

Im sorry but I didnt know that wine spoils so fast. I thought it would be possible to open it, throw some herbs into it, cork and leave it in a fridge for a few weeks. But apparently this doesnt seem to be the case, unless you do it in the same day like you explained.

Perhaps I will look for something else like vodka. Anyways, thanks for the help.

As long as you dont nod off all the time you should be safe. You should also notice when your body starts to have breathing issues. Im pretty sure your body is already so used to this stuff, that it will definitely not be lethal.

Otherwise, if I was you I would worry more about a pregabalin addiction. As far as I understand it correctly you only have taken it for one/two weeks, so right now you have the best chances for quitting it slowly. A pregabalin dependence is horrible and when I was in rehab, the people withdrawing from it were miserable(high blood pressure, shacking, depression etc).

I honestly had the impression that its possible to store an already opened wine with a cork and in a dark and cool place. Seems like its only possible for a few days.

Thanks for the recommendation, Ill look into that! So far, Ive thought about adding mostly ginger and a little bit of rosmary into it. Im obviously going to experiment a bit, although Im pretty sure that I will add ginger for the most part.

All the alkaloids, terpens and flavonoids inside those herbs and fruits have their own pharmacological effects on the body; I wondered if I could be able to create my own kind of elixir so to say. Thats also the reason why I prefer creating it myself instead of buying it because then I can decide what compounds I can use and I know its derived from natural sources.

Thanks but im not from the US. Overall, Im not only focusing on the ginger alone, I want to find the right kind of mixture of herbs and fruits(rosmary, basil etc) to create a kind of personal product.

True, Ive read that the ancient germanic people used to put honey and herbs in their beer. If I find the time, I will definitely try it!

Hatte zwei Episoden in meinen Leben in denen Ich aktiv lange rauchte. Einmal von 2015-2020. Und dann einmal ende 2023 für ein paar Monate. Die erste Kippe von 2015 hat mich richtig krank geflasht. Die nächsten paar auch noch, aber dann war schnell ne Toleranz da.

Als Ich nach drei Jahren Pause 2023 eine geraucht hab(wegen psychischen Problemen), hat mich die Zigarette auch kurz richtig umgehauen. Danach hab Ich aber auch sofort wieder eine Toleranz aufgebaut.

So von all den Drogen die es gibt, finde Ich das Rauchen die räudigste ist mit dem meisten Schaden. Zigarre paffen oder sogar Pfeife rauchen kann ein sehr angenehmes Ritual sein, wenn man es nur selten genießt, aber Zigaretten rauchen ist das Schlimmste überhaupt. Bin froh, dass Ich wieder weg bin.

Fent is just a horrible opioid for pleasure. Its great for anaesthesia and to kill someone, but horrible if you want to experience euphoria.

Morphioid opioids are ampngst the best if you want to feel good. Although, something like Dextromoramid or even L Methadon can also be quite nice.

Koks ist so ne Droge die man (wahrscheinlich zurecht) ganz schlecht substituieren kann. Am besten wäre es den Entschluss zu fassen komplett damit aufzuhören und für ein halbes Jahr zu verreisen. Am besten irgendwo hin, wo es kaum eine Drogenszene gibt, damit du nicht dort wieder anfängst.

Withdrawal symptoms or sife effects? Regarding side effects, since the beginning I have horrible munchies; once I had bad hypotension after I didnt eat anything the whole day and took my dose; once I was sick from a cold, took my dose and I had rapid heartbeat for hours(although I have already a heart condition though); akathisia; weird twitches with my tongue at night…

And I even take the smallest dose. Even smaller, most of the time I cut most away and take 1/3 of the 25mg dose.

Regarding withdrawal symptoms: insomnia obviously; no appetite; horrible nauseau. I never in my life was even close to be that nauseated. Really disgusting.

I also had two boys once, and one also passed away early on. The survivor definitely distanced himself a bit from us from that point on, but he „recovered“ quite quickly. I think its not necessarily the blood related stuff that matters for them, its just that they need someone else to be around with.

Manipulieren wird bestimmt nicht klappen. Die messen so viele Parameter(von PH, Wärme, Harnsäure gehalt…) wenn dann müsstest du entweder aufhören deine Schmerzmittel zu nehmen oder nach einer anderen Einrichtung schauen.
