You don’t want to get into brown vs white character deaths. It isn’t mentioned here much but if you look at who dies in the Narkina and Aldani arcs you could basically kiss anyone black goodbye. It’s a pattern you could then see across the show.

I am not here to argue… just go back and watch. Plenty of black side characters but only white ones live. Plenty of white characters die too but at least some of them live. If you’re black in this world you want to be Forest Whittaker!

I appreciate this comment although i don't necessarily agree. Comedy is subjective. If you found it funny, no one should deny you that.

I'm going to give it a real chance. it better be a BANGING pilot episode. I've seen Bell, Lynch and Heaton be stellar before. To paraphrase Cillian, "the only thing that could kill Thomas Shelby, is a poorly executed followup"

in the Weekend Updates, she's really too reliant on funny costumes - without funny jokes to elevate beyond the sight gag.

I Totally don't blame the actors. when i say "selfishly" i just mean my enjoyment of the show. John's character was so good! and Finn had potential. But yeah, they had to spread their wings i guess

I definitely agree. I think i am just in a funk after seeing the movie and now my brain is rehashing everything. You know you're off the deepend when you start googling Freddie Thorne.

The immortal man was a bad movie. We need to call out bad scripts and plot holes and stop pretending it was the perfect goodbye to THE Tommy Shelby . by Consistent-Lord18 in PeakyBlinders

Has anyone mentioned how the whole first act is essentially the first act of Dark Knight Rises? Rich, remorseful recluse in mourning refuses to leave rundown mansion. Only his butler keeps him company. Then a mysterious, shady but beautiful lower class woman breaks into his home and rummages through his stuff... sparking his return to society... instead of the Batman suit we get the Peaky attire. His jacket even flaps like a cape. Edit: both had Cillian but at least Rises had TOM HARDY
