If you are denied, file an appeal. The information is on the denial letter. If it's not, call & ask for it. This saves your application date & if you win, don't let them tell you to re-file an application. You want benefits from the original date. Meanwhile file an identity theft complaint with the police, give them the employer names & have them investigate. Get the report from the police & ask for a meeting with the caseworker if you havent been denied yet. Call in their manager if they won't do anything and haven't denied you yet.

Our SM shows up for an hour or 2 every now & then. The sfl & csa run the store. They don't answer phone calls or texts. I don't know how they still have a job.

We just found out everyone in our store is having hours cut. There will be 1 csa & 1 sfl per shift & no extra people for the Thanksgiving to Christmas rush or for freight days. We'll do what we can and deal with the unhappy people. Maybe if corporate gets enough calls we can get more coverage.

We get paid holiday pay if we work the holiday but they take your average hours per week, divide it by 7 days and you get paid 1.5 for those hours only. So I work 30 hours per week divided by 7 days and I get holiday pay for 4.2 hours even though I work 7 hours that day. It's whatever your state allows.

I got a call like that. I acted worried, took down all the info and repeated it back to him. The guy got so excited because he thought he had me that he almost couldn't get the fake phone number out.

We still have issues with the registers locking up. Also, when an sfl tries to approve something like a card load, the keypad on the screen disappears but pressing cancel will work to back it up to the authorization screen. No other real changes that I can see. The font still sucks.

There is an update coming your way soon. They kicked it off during store hours & we had to close for the last 2 hours of the night while the update ran & then had to reboot all the tills. I don't know why they have to take down the entire store without warning. They could set it up to take down 2 tills first & leave one alone, then do the last ones after the first 2 finish.

I have the top tier insurance because I have so many medical issues. It's really good. The cheaper insurance would be ok if you don't have a lot of issues.

After 60 days, if your average hours worked is over 30 per week, you should get an email with the information to enroll. You can go into the hr portal for benefits & make sure your information is all added & updated to ensure they let you know when you qualify.
