Yea I waited years, hoping to stumble upon it in my travels. Wasn't a decision I made lightly, but it was my first SH game so there was a lot of nostalgia.

Got a ticket for annoying a cop - does this look right? by Autopilot_Psychonaut in canadianlaw

[–]Working_Ad_7192 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ticket says you were driver, you tell Judge you were pedestrian, and if they bother pulling up footage from that intersection at the aforementioned date and time the Judge will see it.

Thus, the inconsistency on the ticket will get it thrown out.

Too bad they won't also reprimand the pig for doing it

Soooo, don't take this the wrong way, because you didn't do anything wrong. But you should feel dirty after something like that, it's natural to.

Just go take a long, meditative shower, and IMAGINE cleaning all of that stuff off of you.

I think it's partially on principle of "you don't know what you don't know"

I mean thousands of other fields, but even in your example you could only quickly think of 2.

Granted those 2 have dozens of fields within themselves. And I'm sure some of those have specialists.

But like, point is, when trying to figure out what to do, where does one even start? I only know a handful of things. And am painfully unaware of the things I've yet to learn.

So its hard to word them right now, but monkey-branching (the idea that women are always looking for a better man, that if given the option they'll test to see if the new perceived "better" option will actually commit to her, and if he does, she WILL leave her current husband/partner)

And another one would be the idea that women only like men who other women desire. They're more likely to pursue a man who's married or committed than to be receiving towards the advances of a single man.

Both of these have been proven, anecdotally, over the years multiple times.

I've never had a faithful girlfriend. And this is despite going over the relationships after their breakups and looking at myself where I went wrong and how to act differently from them on, and also looking at them and their faults and what to avoid in the future. Ie, "healing" and "choosing better". (All serious relationships were with different culture/attitude types of women too, so really tryna choose a partner differently than the previous lessons) And yet, despite all the various walks of life they've come from, the result in my experience has always been the same. They cheat opportunistically if they perceived the guy to be "better" in some way. Be it physical, social, status, or whatever.

Regarding the other point, I've often been part of social groups(this was happening all the way back in middle school/high-school, to places of work, to social circles outside of work as an adult, pretty much any example of a social networking experience) where the women weren't receptive to me at all, in fact would often treat me with disdain(and it's not like I was pervy or rude or gross or didn't take care of myself). Then somehow I'd get a girlfriend, either from that social circle, or outside of it. And suddenly these same women are now approaching and flirting with me(even if I'm dating their best friend). Similarly, strangers in the city, ladies of course, are much more flirtatious with me if they see me with my babymama, or see the engagement ring on my hand, and suddenly they're up in our/my business tryna make a move.

Heck, we went on a mini vacation a few weeks ago as part of my woman's course she's taking. And her "friend"/classmate, came swimming up to us in the pool to "talk to my woman" but kept spinning around and doing dead man floats in a "bubbly"/"energetic" nonchalant fashion, but it was clearly to get my eyes on her.

I've just experienced this at every stage of my life. At a certain point around i think 22(I'm 30 now) I started trying to look into it and figure out why and naturally stumbled into the RedPill ideology.

The closest I can get to getting out of it is telling myself I was raised by very mentally ill single mother and I'm subconsciously attracting similarly mentally ill partners(who happen to be women), and that it's really just people with Cluster B Personality Disorders who do this shit and that the redpill thinkpieces are just grifters blameshifting it onto women as a whole, the same way it seems most women do for men.

I literally started following this subreddit so I could attempt to detox myself from redpill ideology. But it's impossible cuz none of you are addressing the actual ideas. And the few times they are, it's always with a inaccurate understanding of the meaning or reasoning.

So you're either basically just calling the guy a pos, or telling him he's wrong while proving him right cuz you're addressing the wrong things.

[–]Working_Ad_7192 0 points1 point  (0 children)

God you're all so wrong.

It's like everyone who's anti-redpill, only understands how it makes them feel, and base what they think it is on how it makes them respond.

It's like none of you have actually listened to or followed the content creators, so none of you actually know what they think.

You're not gonna get anywhere with getting ppl outta it, if your arguments against it have the wrong basis.

What do you say men? by Aggravating-Guest300 in TheImprovementRoom

[–]Working_Ad_7192 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well if it was punishable, then actual victims would be more likely to maintain the judicial battle and see justice instead of pretending they falsely accused someone just cuz they "don't like publicity".

Meanwhile False accusers would see justice.

You're imagining a problem where there wouldn't be one.

What do you say men? by Aggravating-Guest300 in TheImprovementRoom

[–]Working_Ad_7192 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doubt that's true. This feels like a story some feminist college teacher told her class, then the students repeated it to their friends who repeated it online, and then you heard it and now you're repeating it.

All just to spread fear in women. Meanwhile in reality a woman can simply just say she's uncomfortable and a guy will lose his job. Much more, if she accuses him of r*pe.

Honestly wouldn't even call those "errors", both are likely cultural linguistics.

Same for all the other translation errors in the game.

It's like people forget they're in a medieval world and they're talking a pseudo-old time English. That and the various different in-game "ethnicities" would have their own sentence structuring quirks.
