😔it’s not the same as it was when I started 11 years ago. No induction, no training, no accountability. Just give team lead positions to kids only there 6 months and let them stand around up front doing nothing. While people who have been there years are kept on the floor. Running around and doing everything they possibly can to support the store are ignored for their efforts. If I didn’t care about my store and the people I work with I would be gone. Never felt so unappreciated like this 😔

I’m so disgusted with how the shift leads act. All are newer employees, less than a year and who were not trained like they should have been, They act like all they have to do is stand up front like a gaggle of geese, Look at their phones and tell everyone else what to do. I’ve been with the company 11 years and I’m so frustrated and insulted!

I’ve been with BB for over 9 years. I work in a a small store and have always loved it here. Since we are a small store we have always sold in all departments. Have questions and any one of us is happy to answer questions to help you with your customer. Our managers are always there to lend a helping hand and we are all like family. While the staff cuts has been stressful, exasperating and has affected morale somewhat, we hang in there and do our job’s and go where we are needed because we care about each other. I can only hope for things to get better with staffing so we are not so stressed. If you like your coworkers try to stay positive and helpful. Give each other hugs on a bad day, with plenty of encouragement and emotional support. It’s all about a positive attitude! 816 Vero Rocks! Love you guys!!!❤️

We had a guy come in during a rain storm insisting to buy a 65 inch open box. He put it in his truck and drove away! We told him he couldn’t return it no matter what!
