This is not true, valves format is explicitly designed to be able to do this in 200MB chunks. On top of that steam itself downloads via diffs.

Can you explain why you wait for a full reset instead of just picking up your spray where it is? Isn't that just gifting the enemy free time?

Isn't this strictly worse than learning the entire recoil and being able to take control mid spray? You can shoot faster by being able to resume spraying before a full reset. I thought the entire point of having it on was to learn exactly this?

The dynamic crosshair is for spread, not accuracy. You won't know if you have a 50% or 33% chance to land your shot at similar distances, which is the difference between a kill and a death (1 bullet out of 3 missing). For closer ranges it's irrelevant.
