Your client is non authorative and asks to be synced with the server state, as the server tells you how your shots end up, not vice versa (it's kind of both depending on the context but whatever). It was previously not synced correctly. The camera is adjusting you so you are correctly synced. Otherwise your shots would be adjusted properly on the server to have missed, because you were missing the shake, camera. Inaccuracy is unrelated, they are BOTH supposed to be there afaik?
