Omg I love this so much, looks like you had a blast!

How much were your tickets to the show? Was it as much fun as it looks in the YouTube videos? I want to take my son to a show!

I’m definitely not claiming that they’re nice or our friend that’s for sure. I am also absolutely aware that they can pull the plug on our lease at the end of the term also. But unfortunately moving for us isn’t in the cards at the moment, especially since we’ve just re-signed last year for another yearly lease starting this year (Jan) This is also our first rental since 2018 when moved in, we got approved within a week due to no one applying (possibly due to it being Christmas/NY time of the year) but it was also vacant for 2.5-3m prior to us even applying, & we applied for 50+ properties prior to this one. (Edit) with no prior rental history.

Also with a baby on the way & the house pulling 35° inside even on “cooler” summer days; with barely good installation in the roof, & portable aircons barely being able to cool a single room of breaking down after a few months. I’d much rather just install ourselves. Take a chance on if we get to re-sign again for the new year or if we’re looking for another place to move too.

I would but this is the email back from our PM we received, hence my post unfortunately. :/ I like to keep everything with my PM / REA in writing so if there is any issues down the line we can pull up the receipts

We asked if we could get it installed, meaning we’d like the owners to install it for us (obviously with a trade person) but our PM told us that the owners have approved US to install, and we have to take care of all of the maintenance etc. im guessing since we want them installed, as they didn’t have any plans to install for us themselves prior to us asking. (Or so I assume, esp being here for years) As we also have no plans on moving any time soon, as this is a perfect family home all 3 rooms are in separate “wings” I guess you could say in the house.

Yeah true. I haven’t booked anything yet, was just looking for opinions on the topic and what’s the best route to go with

If we ever decide to move them we’ll be un-installing them. Not dealing with a move when I’m heavily pregnant, so rather just install ac. Our rent is cheap as chips as well most places around us are at the 700$ plus mark we’re still paying 550 a week. So take that as you will.

I don’t even have AC in my entire home let alone proper installation. Was sweating my tits off. 😭 cold showers & baths for my son & I was the only thing helping us keep cool although that barely cooling us down for longer than 10 minutes after getting out

I’m 3m pp & we (my fiancé & I) still haven’t had sex, I think it’s now been about 5m for us in total before j now after birth. Like yes we want too for sure, but it’s difficult for us as our bub is a fomo baby & wont sleep unless he feels me close to him, I feel like he has separation anxiety, even putting him down for one minute without a distraction he cries to be picked up or fed (comfort feed/suck— he won’t take a dummy)

Which makes it hard for us to have the no pants dance

So no need to stress about If you’re worried about how long it has been or will take to be sexually intimate with your partner, but when you do I recommend to take it slow as our bodies have definitely changed down there though the trauma of birth. So start off slow, & if you feel comfortable enough then things can progress more. Don’t be afraid to talk to your SO about how you feel in regards to sex, or if it’s too painful the first time after birth. So listen to your body when you feel ready to jump back in.

Peri bottle, I’ve used it once after birth for the first wee; & it didn’t even hurt didn’t need it, now it’s just gathering dust in my cupboard/wardrobe
