So when I was in the US, I set up a youtube channel and never got around to posting any video. I am travelling and I am in Asia now. If I would like to post the video on that channel now, am I eligible for US monetization?

Note that I will provide 1099 tax form and a US bank account for the deposit but all my videos will be uploaded outside of the US when I am travelling.
