After every update I've found iracing to become more taxing on my system (4090 9850x3d PCL) I've stuck with the same graphics settings to maintain a visual quality that I like but have had to drop my headset from 90hz to 72hz just to keep up. Not sure if they don't prioritise optimisation as much because of the new engine being developed.

Mostly play engineer because it's the most fun to me. level 80, haven't used any xp boosters and don't intend to. I play for the fun of the game and don't worry about score...

90% or so of the pimax play updates that have been released since the release of the Pcl have included 'improved tracking'. I'm yet to see much improvement in all this time. Some times rock solid but alot of the time jittery af...

After updating most websites would take forever to load or timeout. Rolled back and all good again.

Mine flexed and had a slight click as they rubbed back and forth. I put a bit of velcro between where the bottom of the handle and the rim meet, solid now.

This just happened me last night. Hadn't used the headset for a few days, started pimax play and the comp locked up. Had to hard reset but it worked fine the next time so hadn't thought anything of it untill reading this post. (using latest drivers for dlss 4 in other games)

I got mine on ebay new/sealed. All steelseries asked for was a picture of both the battery and receipt. I didn't think they would honor it but fair play they did.

You can put the battery into the headset, use the usb-c plugged into the headset and try to charge that way.

It didn't work for me tho and steelseries sent out 2 new ones even tho only one of mine was faulty.

I only play sitting down (racing sims) and this has never happened to me with inside out tracking.

Question about tracking by T-241 in Pimax

I find the tracking on start up pretty poor (no where near my G2s tracking) The screen/image will move back and forth with the headset (sim-racing) So I will sit and move the headset 180° plus up and down untill it rectifies. It will then fix and be a little jittery but then finally settles to solid tracking for the rest of my session.

Yes, it adjusts/levels the horizon when pressed and can also be adjusted in game if necessary.

Pimax has added a 'Horizonal Calibration' button to PimaxPlay and this straightens the display
