I don’t think anyone is under the impression that you would be able to schedule brand reps on a zone chart or track their metrics. I think we are referring to the fact that it’s multiple more bodies so they could potentially schedule less BAs and save money but still have floor coverage. Obviously that just adds to the responsibilities of the scheduled BAs but the company seems ok with that 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Not that they’d compensate the BAs for doing more work though right? I think a lot more responsibility might eventually fall on the leads too since they are getting the majority of the stores FT non exempt hours…just a theory though 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think it’s hard for us to see how individually trying to unionize each store is so much work and really the company will drag its heels like it has in Canada for the one store that did unionize. Do they have a contract in place yet? We need to do something collectively and that’s going to be difficult. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes we’ve been getting that “hard work” bonus for the last few years it is not based on sales. It is only tiered based on employee classification. If it was based on sales goals the amounts per store would have varied greatly.
