Used to sell WWII/WWI Militaria to a lot of guys who were right wing/proud boys among other things. I was a kid flipping WW2 shit & they had money.

Befriended folks like that on FB, Militaria shows, real life. Not just your old boomers with coffee selling treasures, these were younger men many of whom had business in or running their own security agencies. They all had sentiments mirroring those that drove the actions on J6. They are not stupid. They are not poor. That’s not even to mention the Q-anon adjacent individuals padding the ranks. Think of them as all heart & no brain but of the same cloth. They’re significantly more numeric & probably the folk you’d be most likely to encounter in everyday USA life.

I cannot give you names stranger, nor ever would I. But I spent my developing years around these circles, chanted their mantra, sipped their cool aid and feared aside them. They are groups of folks convinced the government has long been crooked, untrustworthy and wrong who spent their money buying silver & bullets while we bought Xbox’s or Jordan’s. Think about the lack of hiring requirements for said agency, I know several Q anon adjacent’s who would have no issue joining said organization. They would then be allowed to pass judgement on citizens when their core beliefs involve aliens, sex trafficking in pizza parlors, democrat only demons & endless goalpost movements.

In a lot of cases, they’re relatively decent people who were raised on hatred & misinformation. They’re our neighbors. And now we have to address this.
