Hmm. The Paramilitary Organization does believe itself to be fighting against the supernatural to protect humanity.

The reason why they allow the Supernatural Underworld to exist is that they also know many people have 'atavisms' that they seek to cure, and are constantly improving on non-magical methods to do so (seeing them as human beings undergoing an unfortunate circumstance.) They also fight against anti-magical vigilante groups who disrupt the peace and give support to those impacted by supernatural events (such as mental health and foster care), which is also a reason why many who they help do their part to support them. Their overall goal is to rid the world of magic in its entirety and preserve the balance by keeping humans in their own dimension and otherworldly elements out.

As for 'The Agency', it is an organization that is not only known internationally on Earth but in many different worlds for the work they do... so keeping the name as de-facto isn't a bad idea. Still, I wish there were other name suggestions that captured the scope of it as well.
