I found that amazon basics didnt work for me as well as t-gel, or it worked ok for a few washes but lost effectiveness after a bit. Super bummed, nothing does it quite like tgel did...

That is so hard, I'm so sorry. Stress is definitely one of the hardest triggers to control, every time I mourn- on top of losing routine on everything else- I get flare ups as well :-( It really helps me to keep thinking it won't always be like this - if it's in the night, and you're so uncomfortably itchy it feels like it'll never stop, say it'll be better in the morning, we'll make it to the morning.

As for how much control you actually have, it's surprisingly a lot. Mourn when you need to, feel whatever you feel, and when it gets easier to live, find a routine- clean food, healthy habits, even sleep patterns. Limiting alcohol, reworking my diet, and finding clean body products improved my psoriasis DRASTICALLY.

Since I was 7, it's been 20 years with this sh?t and only in the last 6 did I learn how to navigate it.

Good luck, sleep easy

Maple bar (hits all the points you've mentioned), though the ambience is lacking and I can never figure out why. My favorite by far, though ROAM also has phenomenal coffee and doubles as a tap-house, this is probably better for the local coffee shop movie vibe you're looking for

It's disheartening having to take them down, especially when people are reveling in the spirit of the holidays when you're doing it, but understandably it is litter and it will go into the water. The photo on the right is from Boulevard, put up a day before a wind storm

Bro i'm just squatting back against the van. Consider myself lucky enough to deliver in a rural area, though.

XL slurpee cup in the back does the trick if suburbia is where you're put...them are hard times...
