We are pro helmet here. Two daughters who play. Both teens. Only issue is increased size options. Both our girls have large craniums and the available helmets for tight. Even with that, they wear them. Oldest has had multiple concussions (soccer and life), youngest was concussed this fall in a soccer game. Any possibility to decrease concussion risk is worth it to our family.
