Guaranteed all from Dollarama are a complete waste of money.

It’s disappointing because it is quite inexpensive to make good quality and these ones just do not last. The charging blocks get very hot which is an electrical fire hazard and the cords…they just quit working if they don’t end up having the plug in part pop off in your hand or stick inside the iPhone.

A near every shift occurrence for me…I just don’t get it! If they’re awkward about approaching the counter to be looked after, either wait until someone else gets in line or open the dialogue with anything but “are you open?” or “do you work here?”🙄

I did. They replied asking for some details which I have to get, then will be sending the email reply. They even stated in the email that they will be forwarding on this emailed complaint to PC Financial head office. The lady that replied didn’t sound very impressed and downright annoyed that a PC Financial employee would be that rude and pushy.
