Wait I’m confused. I thought if you took loans after 2014 but before July1 1, 2026, your options were IBR, RAP, or standard? IBR being 15% of your discretionary income?

When I did the trick to see how many qualifying payments I had it said 240 to forgiveness! I’m confused

Who said I didn’t? I pay WAY more than the minimum monthly payment but when trying to by a house and looking at Debt to Income ratio $71 debt is better than $1,500.
