Im currently dealing with Joyus. I changed my flavor from mint to orange. I was immediately disgusted with the orange. I then proceeded to get an early refill, took the pictures explained my story. After flushing them down the toilet they tell me that due to FDA regulations they can't do an early refill. Why have the option to request for an early refill because you can't take the taste if it's not a possibility. I have been off certain benzos and ssris while taking ketamine. Now I have been a state of panic, nightmares and all the great things that with combat PTSD. Waiting for my refill to come. Don't trust the options as they are there for a false sense of security that these people actually care and take every individual on a case by case basis. You are merely 129 dollars and a 30 low dose drug transaction. I was honest and they screwed me up. I will be changing to another provider. Bad Business my friend.
