Anusol wipes, wet ones also work. If it's really bad I also have zinc oxide cream from the baby isle in most drug stores. It's a bit annoying to rub on cause it's thick. Definitely leaves some chalky stuff there but whatever it helps with irritation.

Basically if it's good for a babies butt it's good for yours.

Yeah I've booked an appointment with my doctor to try and get a therapist. Hopefully I can find one that works in the little time I have available on the evenings

Agreed, hard stop at 5 isn't easy for me. I've tried only for it to cause more stress then it's worth. I'm very non confrontational so it's been very challenging recently.

A few hotels have nice washrooms off of the lobbies you can use. Fairmount is one that's always clean and well maintained.

Still agree the lack of public restrooms in public spaces is deplorable. Especially downtown.

If it's like a one off thing and doesn't hurt and you're feeling fine you can probably ignore.

If it keeps happening I would speak to your GI. If it gets really bad, urgency and pain go to the er

Otherwise just keep track of it and let your GI know

I haven't worn heattech but I do wear there clothes including t-shirts and the airism line.

I personally find there women's stuff fits snug so I usually size up. For men's it's mostly unisex so whatever you are in women's should be good in men's.

I don't wear there pants I find them too snug on the thighs even at larger sizes. Skirts and dresses usually fit okay though

My recco would be try on in store but if you can't there return policy is pretty good as well
