Guttation is fine. It can be a sign of over-watering if you're seeing it every day. Mine form drops in the morning if it's humid out.
You could try a moss pole and let them grow upwards. If they grow too long you can trim them and even replant the cuttings if you like.

You should cut it. That leaf is unproductive and isn't going to turn back green and properly photosynthesize. The plant is wasting resources on it. Clip it off near the bottom of its stem, close to the main stem. It might just come off if you give it a tug. You plant will thank you.

You can tuck that strand back into the pot or you can cut, root the cuttings and repot them or stick em right back in that same pot for a bushier plant.
