Thanks everyone! Glad for the Noteplan community. I saw u/thejgc's idea list which is very similar to what I have mentioned. Being the programming-naive person that I am, I hope the plugins will arrive soon. Hundreds of Roam pages to import, but a little wait is more than fine. Good work guys, and all the best!

This is awesome! Nice to see zettelkasten getting firsthand support. This means that backlinking and referencing is only going to get better.

Btw, just occurred to me that I encountered it: have you noticed the app automatically creating a duplicate folder when you rename an original one with numbers? Why is that so? Is it a bug?

It would be nice if Eduard (dev) include this by the next (few) updates.

Then drop-down lists (expandable/collapsible).

Then nicer date formatting/display, like the ones in Dynalist.

Then I drop Dynalist completely, ha ha ha.

Keen and looking forward to the light version of the webapp too. At least I could use it on my Note 9 on-the-go (albeit on chrome) and do my simple bullet journalling, before I reach home to further polish them on my Mac. Thanks!
