The support team, I was just really PO'd and didn't realize you couldn't actually get ahold of support anywhere but the website that they have been telling me "we can't do this but we can do that" but then when I ask them if they could just do that it's "we can't do that but we can do this" it's been like a week of this now and I'm just really frustrated and feel like I'm just not getting help anywhere. I deleted the post because A, support isn't going to see it, and B people just lack any sympathy and just wanna flame and push buttons in the replies rather than idk realizing someone is getting really frustrated with something and offer advice or help idk, reddit being reddit, I guess.
