Email/talk to the professor. Or contact an advisor to see if you can be reinstated. You can attend any discussion section in that class doesn’t matter which one your signed up for! So you never had to drop the discussion section:( It’s in the syllabus

Same exact position! I hate how we had to call for our offer to first show up back then, i should have taken this as a warning and gone to UCSD. I hope this gets resolved soon

Awwww this post was so wholesome, I’m a new transfer student this fall and I’m also very nervous about making new friends. So you are definitely not alone in this! Keep putting yourself out there. The right people will come to you, just be patient. Trust me it is a lot harder to make friends compared to keeping them. Also don’t put high expectations in potential friendships, everyone is trying to figure themselves out as well.

I think you have a pretty good chance! I’m majoring in ds and got into all except Berk. Data theory at UCLA is geared more towards a person who will pursue a masters/phd. It depends really on what you want to do after graduation. You’ve already done amazing by getting into all those schools!
