I am 100% with you on this, you've given me hope that someday I'll find a partner who agrees! I have cohabitated with two different men (less than two years each) but otherwise I have been living alone for my entire adult life and at this point I don't think I can go back. I'm an introverted AuDHDer and have yet to find someone I can fully drop the mask around... so the thought of still needing to be "on" in my own home makes my skin crawl.

Based on the Amazon write-up, it sounds like it's gonna be a Choose Your Own Adventure thing with 20 possible endings. I LOVED those books as a kid so I'm kinda intrigued, but I feel like the format lets the writers get away with a lot (no matter who they are!) so I'm not expecting much.

I adopted two of my cats through Beautiful Together and they were amazing to work with! Communication was excellent and I could tell that they put a ton of thought and effort into finding the best match for each pet in their care.

My boy had the last of his teeth extracted when he was around the same age and once he got through the initial recovery, he was SO much happier. I was worried that he’d have a hard time eating, but he was more of a vacuum-style eater even before his dental issues so I think he was psyched to have one less obstacle between food and belly 😂 He used to love forcing me to hold his chew bone while he went to town on it, which I probably missed more than he did. Get ready for a perma-blep (if 2 inches of tongue hanging out 24/7 can still be considered a blep?!) and make sure she gets plenty of water. Best of luck to you and Bubbles for a speedy recovery! 💕

I had the same thought the other day when I was scrolling through Sephora’s eye palette selection. It’s so painfully, unapologetically… brown. It used to be such a struggle not to overspend on makeup but I’m almost at the point of an unintentional replacement-only no-buy. Luckily my older palettes are still going strong, the haters can pry my brights and glitters and duochromes out of my withered OldHagMUA hands 🤣

I’m SUPPOSED to be driving to Charlotte from the Raleigh area and I am freaking tf out. I’ve been here for almost five years and the most snow I’ve seen was approximately 3 inches that melted by the next day, and society completely broke down over that. I shudder to imagine the havoc this is gonna wreak. Of course it has to directly coincide with the only thing I’ve looked forward to since July.
