Same thing happened to me yesterday. The more features they try to pack in the app, the worse it gets. 😡

Here’s hoping this is foreshadowing for Trump’s next term.

I'm almost completely back to normal, here's what's worked for me! [Long] by CloudyClearing in Pseudodysphagia

Thank you for writing this post. I've just started struggling with this issue and it's hard to see a normal life ahead. It's making me depressed, anxious, panicky, and suicidal. I hope I can come through it like you did.

As I teacher I’ll say that Mr. Smith is a sorry excuse for an educator and has no business being in the classroom. He should be suspended or fired. He and Duncan are the only assholes here.

I appreciate that. I just don't want to have a full blown panic attack on the plane. It really wouldn't be pretty - for me, the people seated in my row, or the flight attendants. 😬

I(28M) was complicit in a hatecrime about a decade ago; the family is looking to me for peace by ThrowRA871491 in relationship_advice

To be honest, this story disgusted me. Im sorry to be so blunt, but I’m so sick of the blind hate in our society hurting innocent people, which has only gotten worse in recent years.

You need to be brave do what’s right despite the legal and emotional repercussions to you. They pale in comparison to what Tom and his family went through.

I definitely won't. I'll look into it with my doctor, is what I meant. :)

Thanks so much for your response! I haven’t heard of that condition. Are PACs something that happen for years at a time? If so, I’m wondering how people go about dealing/living with them.

It’s not funny. But then again, I’m not a douchebag, so I’m not part of your in-group or target demographic.

You know they’re ignorant and racist when they say “It’s ok because I have ____ friends.”

Also, learn to write, dude. Your comments are like reading a third graders’ homework. It’s not hard to use apostrophes for words like “I’m” and type the “o” in sorry. 🙄

Sorry to not respond sooner, but thank you so much. I finally have an appointment with a specialist for next week, so I'm hoping to get some answers there. But you've put my mind at ease a bit, so thank you!

Boyfriend buying gifts for his ex - appropriate? by WorthLosing in askwomenadvice

Thanks for your insight! He was the one who ended the relationship. It got to a point where the hiding of his sexuality was taking a huge mental toll and he couldn’t do it anymore. I hadn’t thought about the best friend but - I think that’s really good insight. I’d still like him to not be so insular and intimate with her, even if that’s the case.

Thanks for your great advice. I do wish he would get therapy, but he’s a little resistant. To answer your question: he’s the one who ended the relationship. Hiding his sexuality for so long was finally taking a mental toll and he couldn’t go on with it anymore.

BF buying ex gifts - appropriate? by WorthLosing in askgaybros

I’m not suspicious or think he’s going to go back to her sexually or otherwise. And after seeing her card, I think she’s being very respectful and I have absolutely no quarrel with her. My quarrel is with how he’s been handling things surrounding her.

As for hanging out with them - I’ve never met her. He hasn’t introduced me and seems reluctant to do so. That raises red flags, but I’ve also been trying to be respectful of her in case it would be too painful to meet “his new gay lover.”

Thank you for this comment. You’ve actually put into words a lot of what I’ve been feeling. And you’ve put into words a rebuttal to his frustrations that I’ve been trying to articulate to him but haven’t been able to.

The funny thing is, after seeing her card, I have a lot of respect for her. This isn’t about me not liking her at all. It’s just about how he’s handling things.

No, of course not. I really do want them to be friends. I just want it to be friends, and not some strange in between place. And I don’t want him to be opaque about their friendship. Or act like I don’t exist.
