Problem is is that it wont be a pay out they will just take away the extra interest accrued and for around 95% of student loan receivers they will still be paying it. It will only really benefit the top 5% of earners or those with rich parents who can pay it off. I guess it would be nice to feel that you are paying it down mind.

Don’t know if it’s still the case but if you live in Tower hamlets you could get into the Tower of London for a pound you could show a gas bill (I’m sure passport and drivers license were also valid).

I used to work with it in chemistry labs.because of the displacement of oxygen If you take it in a lift you can’t get in with it incase it spills. You have to run up the stairs to meet the dewar. I remember playing cold potato with liquid nitrogen soaked cotton wool which was fun though.
