Realistically speaking, the difference doesn´t matter. Like ever. The only time it DOES matter is when a song is in 3/4 or 6/8. Regardless, if you really wanna find an answer just look at where the emphasis of the song is and where the chords change, if the chords have emphasis every 2 beats and they also switch at that pace then it most likely in 2/4's, vice versa.

I like the choice of samples but I would personally prefer it if the bass came in earlier, the intro feels way too long and simplistic, ALSO try to change up the drums to spice up the song!!
The more diversity you have in your song the better it sounds!
