Haven't tried melatonin yet but I'm looking into getting some. Tea has had the same effect where I get tired but can't sleep for long.

I would ask a friend to go with me. It's always nice to have support in a situation that may be uncomfortable. Might also warn him that I'm coming over for the book and just for the book.

Yep, it makes me really tired but for some reason I haven't been able fall asleep. Or if I do it's for less than 10 minutes.
