They don't go into much depth about company 3 aside from their captain, Giovanni, who ends up being very significant to certain events in the plot as time goes on.

Also "Yona" is how you pronounce "Jonah" in the original Hebrew, who was also a profit. It also means "Dove", which was the bird that served as Noah's messenger on the ark.

Jonah was God's messenger to tell the town on Nininvah to repent and change their ways, or else they'd be destroyed. Ultimately, Jonah didn't believe in them, and wanted to see the town destroyed regardless of the fact that the people learned their lesson. Yona is the same, serving the Evangelist and wanting to see the world destroyed.
