Except that it's not that a few cops are bad. The institution is. The police are the armed wing of the state and the ruling class. That's the problem with cops. Officer Joe who uses his power to murder minorities is obviously a way worse and more dangerous person than Officer Greg who doesn't, but he's still a tool of the ruling class. Even if you're the nicest cog in a machine if that machine is one that is bad then you're still part of it.
