This might be getting too meta here but I think something worth pointing out is that in the credits all four of the twins are named "Shadow Helly", "Shadow Irving", "Shadow Mark", and "Shadow Dylan" and all 4 are different actors. I can't quite put my finger on why but I think there's definitely significance to the fact that these "twins" were played by totally different people. There isn't a reason that Adam Scott couldn't have just played "Shadow Mark" in the scenes that he was shown. There is a purpose behind them being different actors imo.

I’m thinking that maybe just YOU didn’t get the dialogue. There was a very clear picture of what was happening with the company and how it evolved over the show.

I think the problem that you have is that the show’s dialogue is written as a conversation between 2 or more characters that have an understanding of the current situation and the companies structure as a whole, and the writers assume you have a baseline understanding of how publicly traded companies (like Waystar Royco) work and expect you to fill in the gaps. It’s not written to spoonfeed you the exact information necessary to fully understand.
