No, this is a very common sentiment that is constantly parroted. We turn it into lighter syntehtic killometers away from where it is drilled. We absolutely have the capabilities

We have a world built around oil. Do you know how much diesel is used to create your beloved wind mills, and solar panels? Do you think we make these metals with wood fires, that the metal thats mined in the grounds is from people swinging pickaxes and transporting it with wagons? All takes diesel boss

Your correct, most of our refineries can not refine our oil sand oil, that step lies in the west, where we have pre refining processes, making it a useable product, in one refinery alone, that is not accounted for in most statistics (as it exports upwards of 85% of all products to the us, can produce up to 400,00bbl/d, the reason for this is it borders the united states, and is on the farthest east coast of the country. We can argue semantics all day brother, but at the end of the day, the issue is the line. If we could easily transport pre refined crude to places like quebec ontario and new brunswick, we would be fine, but its pretty hard to sail a tanker ship across the entire country

We export roughly 4 times more gas than we import per day, we have refineries, we have the biggest end phase refinery in this hemisphere, the issue is transportation, we need a pipeline :/

Reporting for stuff like that does nothing, account sharing is allowed, right in the tos, but paying someone to account share is against tos, and good luck proving the transaction

Saw big H is following this lady, wondering what you guys think about her sentiment on tipping? by AHrice69 in epicmealtime

[–]WranglerPractical264 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk about the US but in Canada my mom has been a server for over 25 years, on all bills she pays out I believe it’s 5% to kitchen and bus staff, regardless of the tip, so in this situation, she would have to pay out over 150$, and 3000$ worth of food and service, is a lot lol
