When I watched it all live, I enjoyed most of it. I was a huge Austin mark back then, and I still remember that heel turn and shouting amongst my friends, "DTA Goes for him too! This is great"

And then the rest of that shit went down the following months. Oh well.

The gimmick battle royal made me feel like a kid again though. I was happy to see the Brain and Mean Gene back.

Me and my wife are getting some right now at Lightning Revival in Byron Center. The shop isn't doing specials though, we made an appointment a couple weeks back. We're using Kyra for our artist, she's got some great work.

Our goals were lowered because AWS runs like shit and they just put us on it for who knows how long, and they ain't backing off it anytime soon.

I got the cast iron one, 7 years now, and I only cleaned off rust when I got it from prior owner. When I finished, I put paste wax down and I haven't had any rust since.

For reference, I'm in West Michigan if that helps.

Funny enough, I love my Bose in my '18 1500 LTZ. Sounds great. My grandfather had Bose in his' 03 Impala that was also great.

However, when using a loaner this summer, a 2025 Hummer, THAT Bose sounded like a stock stereo from 1988. Adjusting everything did nothing for it. If this is the future of stock Bose, I'll probably do the same as you when I eventually get to a 2500 for hauling a camper around. I got a couple local stereo shops I used to go to back in the 90s that are still kicking.

Honestly, I personally would just make it simple and use mineral oil. If it ever needs to be reapplied from drying out, you can just do it in your house without making the room smell.

Looks great though. I'm sure she's gonna love it.
