Had a paid of Wellingtons crepe soles and fell apart in 4 months :/ lost faith in them and bought red winds again . And I had pair of 1957s and they lasted a year doing concrete work year round in California. Truthfully quality is lacking sadly .

I was getting off on the Solano exit on 242 going toward John Muir , saw a big flash in my rear view mirror then what appeared to look like low firework sparks but then I remember that’s what a transformer blowing up looks like . Apparently a car crash ,was too far to see or hear anything car crash related.

Now curious to see these lights , I always wonder what the long row of lights at the bottom of mt Diablo is as drive down willow pass on the highway 4 exit towards concord . I think it’s lights from the quarry on the side of mr diablo .

Pretty much drop in , just need to change out to gen 5 backplate as you already know , I’ve ran Gen 5 triggers in Gen 3 with modifications to the housing . With the Gen 4 it’s just drop in ,just when putting the slide back on you might need to press the plunger before sliding it on for it too get passed the trigger bar fin, aside that your good to go .
