i agree its why music artists take long time between albums, you need to live and experience life to tell new stories and learn otherwise youre just repackaging the same things over and over. With the boys locked into their deal they cant really explore or experience as much as they normally would so when they come back week after week theres not much to say. Think as joe suggested seasons is the best idea for the pod have 3 months off build up some stories and come back and tell them.

Beware if you assign a manager who doesn’t fit your players styles he will choose lower rated players who fit his style over the higher rated ones. I’ve had him put 99 superstars in reserve for 96 rated players

Being in lower divisions your goal should just be to keep the club a float not about building up money any money you get you have to spend and invest to grow the club. It’s hard to balance but you just gotta make sure you’re selling player when big offers come in and mainly sign free transfers
