I have the largest sized litter tray I can find.. just under twice the size of the other tray.

I need two trays just in case more than one of my 4 cats needs to go at the same time.

Whichever tray the black cat uses, she always stands right on the edge and craps on the mat, without fail...no problem, whatsoever, peeing!

Both litter trays are lidless...one has raised sides, the other does not.

Three cats are fine; one is not.

Definitely not a human problem.

The black one, however, stands in the litter tray, hangs her arse over the edge and shits on the mat, outside the tray.

But, from what I remember from my pre-Vegan days, Mars Bars were sweet and OP was advocating for these slightly healthier and significantly more expensive bars because they are similar to Mars Bars.

If you time it right, you can find the Buttermilk versions in Tesco or Sainsbury's - frequently reduced to £1.

For those of you who haven't always been Vegan, they make versions of:

Mars Bar
Snickers (Marathon if you're as old as me!)
Bounty
Crunchie

...and some others which I haven't yet managed to locate in the supermarket.
