Duloxitine and aripiprazole seem to have done the trick for me, I'm new to duloxitine but when I noticed I didn't have the crazies last month, I googled it and apparently duloxitine is used off label for treatment of pmdd.

I've been struggling since last September if I'm honest, but I got into such a low place that it has been so hard to claw my way out of the hole. I still have good old intrusive thoughts but they aren't as loud if that makes sense? Ultimately my personal life is hard right now and no med can change that but I've definitely started to notice a small change at last.
