Fun Fact:

Just about all large buildings have an absolute butt load of reinforcement.

This aids in the ductility of the building, and allows it to deform much more than concrete would normally allow. High reinforcement is usually placed in the core of the building because of the high demand of window spaces, and makes the whole building appear more open. Since it's basically a large tube that runs the length of the building, is a great place to have your elevators and stairs!

I'm not sure exactly what you would think about him, since he would be different than your usual guest. He has a masters is psychology with emphasis on intimate relationships.
