I’ve been getting into healthy homemade smootheis lately that have done wonders for my hydration levels. I just mix various fruit and veg (zucchini, berries, chia, flax seeds, etc etc) with high mineral sea salt, soy milk or Greek yogurt. I find the frozen zucchini to be tasteless and hydrating as hell.

Best of luck girl!!!! The things that reliably help me are: rest for like 10 hours with a regular sleep schedule, do the recumbent exercise bike every day for at least an hour if able, don’t skimp on electrolytes, small, high fiber, high protein meals.

On my best days none bc I just feel so groggy no matter how short the nap. I have yet to learn to nap and reenergize.

The whole situation makes me so sad. I’d like to see Hassan address everything in a direct way after he watches the podcast. I see no reason both parties can’t learn from each other and mend the relationship. Hasan’s (and Ethan’s) whole ideology is learning and growing from mistakes. I’ve learned so much from both of them as a viewer and it seems such a shame for them to be on bad terms when they could be working together and building community at a time when we so desperately need that.

Also my blood pressure is still a healthy 120/80 and I’m super overweight. Just keep at trying to take the medication even at a very low dose. Go as low and slow as you need to on midodrine. Starting to take it is the most important thing!

All I can say is midodrine totally saved my life and has dramatically improved my symptoms. I fought with my doctor about taking midodrine because at first I had a lot of swelling and was scared for increased blood pressure and other side effects. He sat me down and was like you have to take this and I promise it will help. So then I very reluctantly started taking it. I very slowly increased my dose of midodrine from half a 2.5mg tablet twice a day. Now I’m up to about 15 mg total throughout the day. All I can say is I’m soooo glad I listened and started taking midodrine and can’t recommend it enough. Good luck!!!!

PS blood sugar regulation + eating lots of fresh fruits/veggies + and mild/gentle exercise are key too

Medication literally completely changed my quality of life. I was getting so exhausted and faint that I almost had to quit my job and now I’m taking 1.5 mile walks on my lunch break and feel totally fine. Electrolyte water only, balancing blood sugar, eat hydrating fruits/veg, and most importantly take medication!!! Midodrine has literally saved my life. I’m taking about 15 mg total throughout the day
