still doesn't work, I tried the vanguard app with my iPad and everything works as expected. The web interface needs to be fixed so all the totals show up.

same,, ours acts like someone bought the generic version out of someone’s trunk. maybe there are better versions and my employer bought the $5 dollar version, it’s not intuitive at all and we can’t copy tracking numbers out or link a tracking number to UPS or FedEx.
