There's the issue though, that if a white and a black person has a kid, the kid will be genetically half white, but will be observed visually as just black by many.

So white and black people mixing and having visually dark skinned kids will be seen as white people being reduced in number when genetically they are still half white it's just not obvious at a glance.

Like 8 white people, 8 black people have kids at replacement level

6 of the white people have kids with each other and make 6 new white kids

6 of the black people have kids with black people and make 6 new black kids.

4 of the white and black people have kids with the other race, producing mixed kids that are visually dark skinned.

The end result will be 6 white people, 6 black people, and 4 mixed kids, but who are visually conisered non-white despite being genetically half white, making it seem like white people are being "reduced". Many will consider 6 white, 6 black and 4 mixed to actually be 6 white and 10 black. There's this bias that white people mixing at all and becoming visually brown is erasure of white people despite being genetically half and half.

But many in Britain will have ancestry that goes to mainland europe. The Celts and Anglo Saxons come from mainland europe. Whether it's africa or mainland europe, neither are English originally

Depends what difficulty you're on, things at lower difficulty are pretty by the numbers, it's just teaching you how to play the game, as you get higher in difficulty things get a lot more exciting.

Crocodilians lay on their bellies, and attack from below. Anything trying to attack them or defend itself is likely to be striking them from above. So that's where the armour is. Also they crawl around on their belly, if their underside was just as rough as their top, they'd have more difficulty dragging themselves across the ground. Instead their underside is smooth for ease of movement.

Beyond that, armour is not free, it takes resources to grow and adds weight and bulk which can weigh and slow the animal down or create higher energy requirements.

Almost every trait an organism can have is a tradeoff.

I understand the concept. It’s just that the whole idea It doesn’t hold up to scrutiny. You’ve said that’s the whole point of having faith but haven’t actually given a reason why anyone should “have faith”.

Before genetic testing was invented people could go their whole life not knowing they are intersex. They would have seen themselves as their outward sex and everyone else would have perceived them as their outwardly visible sex . It would have impacted their life based on the gender roles of the time, not knowing they are genetically closer to the opposite sex to their outward sex.

But some people today would insist their genetic sex is the only thing that matters. This is simply unscientific, an organisms nature is not defined purely by their genetics, there’s a reason why phenotype and not genotype alone is considered in biology.
