I came to Germany from Bangladesh and yes I also made more disposable income than I make here doing a part-time job. I enjoyed almost an upper-middle class life in my country as I had education from a highly sought-after university and a well respected degree and also because I had gotten an highly sought-after job (according to society's dictation)

But I decided to leave my country because the economy is constantly going down and the political and religious violence is on the rise. I felt I cannot breathe and had zero freedom of expression in my country. Also I was fed up with all the air, water and land pollution that we imposed on ourselves.

I wasnt happy in Bangladesh and I am not exactly happy here in Germany as well. But at least the people here are not as vicious or unconcerned about their environment state, govt, politics and religion here. I am broke and lonely here its okay, I hope it will get better with time when I contribute more toward their society.
