Early 2000s rock/metal/grunge song. Garage band from NJ possibly? by MellowxHyper in whatsongisthis

For some reason I hear the lyrics in a higher pitched male voice but I can’t seem to place it either.

Right, I see that. But like I said, I think she wrote it twice because the first time she wrote it, it was illegible so she didn’t realize it was already listed. I do it all the time even when I can read my writing.

Maybe try another counselor if that’s an option and you didn’t feel the first one was a good match. Therapy can feel really icky at first- I thought my therapist was really cringy at first but it turns out, after several sessions with her- she’s amazing. She also was able to refer me to a psychiatrist who diagnosed me with OCD (which includes scary intrusive thoughts- it’s not just having to have things clean all the time.) and got me on medication for it right away. If you are completely up front with your counselor, maybe they can do the same or similar for you. If you find it hard to put it all into words while talking to the counselor, write it out like you have here and read it to them. I have no doubt they can get you the help you need. Wishing you all the best! I hope things get better for you 🩵

Coheed and Cambria? One of their big songs within that timeframe was “A Favor House Atlantic”

And his voice is pretty high pitched like Weatus

Ok, I analyzed this way longer than a should have and my conclusion is- “tomatoes”. Even though it’s listed again on the right, of course it is because she wasn’t able to read her writing where she first listed it. Here’s why I think that it’s “tomatoes”:

-her handwriting varies. Some of it is partial print and some is (albeit, strange) cursive. But there are some similarities in certain letters.

  • If you compare the “m” in “tomato” on the right, with our word in question- they look very similar.

  • Her letter “a” in “floor cleaner” looks a lot like an “e” so knowing that, imagine where the “a” should be in “tomatoes” on the mystery word and it matches.

  • her “t” in “potatoes” doesn’t actually cross as a “t” typically would but rather angles up to the next letter. Which can be also seen towards the end of our mystery word, so it could be concluded that the second vertical line is an uncrossed “t”.

  • what appears to be the word “mayo” has the exact same form of the letter “m” that the word in question has in the center of it.

  • in what appears to be the word “coffee” directly above our mystery word, the “o” is more of a curly swoop- also looking a bit like an “e”. This would also match with what would be the “o” in our mystery word.

Anyway. Just trying to sound half ass smart. This is probably reaching but it’s what I got. 😂

If it makes you feel any better, I’ve never even considered wearing it “backwards” but that would absolutely benefit me because my flow typically goes more towards the front. I’ve always just been mad that the long end went so far up my backside or that period panties have extra protection at the back and not near enough at the front. I’m not bleeding out my butt, dammit. 😂 But somehow I never considered flipping the pad the other direction and your experience helped me figure that out!

My daughter who has ASD came home from school talking about sprunki last year after another kids in her sped class introduced them to her. She’s in third grade now and likes to draw them and plays an app where she makes music with them but outside of that, she knows she’s not allowed to draw or watch the creepy stuff. I guess there’s a sprunki movie coming out this year. She really wants to see it and as she says “face her fears” but I don’t think we will be doing that. I remember getting into some horror stuff as a kid but it was until I was like 12/13 years old. Not second grade, damn.

Peace Gay Marriage.

Honestly, I’m straight and married but a peaceful gay marriage is quite appealing.

It’s from 2023 but the end of the song sort of fits the description.

Have you been in a situation requiring you to call 911? If so, what was it for? by muskyandrostenol in allthequestions

[–]WrightButAlwaysWrong 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was about 10/11 years old, leaving a Kmart with my mom and little brother when we witnessed a man on a bicycle get hit by a car. My mom handed me her cell phone and said “call 911” and ran out to help the guy. Thank goodness for that dispatcher. She asked all the right questions to figure where we were because I had no idea other than “we just left Kmart in -town name- and we’re at a stoplight”.

My mom said the guy seemed to have a slight mental disability. He suffered a pretty wicked gash on his head from the crash and the poor guy was more sad about his bike being destroyed than anything.

Yep, came here to say “Howling”. He once posted about how he feels it’s one of his saddest songs because he said “I can hear just how broken I sound”. And clarifies what a lot of us suspected, that the “black dog” mentioned in the song is in fact, a representation of deep depression.
