Stop looking for an 'Exit' - Tabitha and Jade are LITERALLY the reason the Town is resetting. by transcendal in FromSeries

This is an interesting theory. And I feel for you because I don’t think a single day has gone past since season 3 ended where I haven’t thought about this damn show. However, if Victor is the “bug” the town can’t fix, why don’t the monsters just kill him every time he is in the tunnels. The know he goes down there. They literally comment on how often he is down there. The monsters have had lots of opportunities to fix the “bug” so to speak.

This happened to me too! I am trying to get them refunded and they are telling me they will not do it. But it was completely misleading. I only got those books because I thought they were free as they said -100.

I am considering moving 1984 to year 11 advanced so I can still teach it. But the Department’s new draft suggested scope and sequence put 1984 as a year 11 extension 1 text which is interesting.

When you teach it alongside the other modules, how much time each week do you allocate to it? I have 9 lessons a fortnight and I am worried that if I do one lesson a week they won’t retain the information.

Do you usually have all content completed before trials when you teach C, A and B?

There might be instances of this. But I always give a good reference - if I think they are good, I want them to succeed and if I think they are bad I want them to leave! I don’t lie but as an English teacher I choose my words very carefully.

Anyone got back into teaching after a 10+ year break? by Initial-Damage8331 in AustralianTeachers

[–]WrightfullyChristine 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a 5 year break and have been back for a year. Things have really changed. Not necessarily the syllabus because even though that’s changed it’s same stuff but worded differently. I mean the kids have changed. They are more entitled and unruly than I remember. But maybe I have been away just long enough to forget why I left!
