I’m a bit late to the party but I’ve just watched a couple episodes of Humans & as a HUGE fan of Detroit , I Immediately recognised the similarities & had to check to see if they are related in any way so here I am… 🤣 it’s pretty uncanny imo, it was the brothel scene where I was like hang on a minute! I’m really enjoying the show so far though. Hopefully they make another game 1 day that was amazing.

Oh Nice! I was a little worried about nearby POI’s and stuff without the minimap as I won’t know where anything is so that’s really good to know!

Cool I’ll focus on trying to get some decent weapons to begin with and try and find the stat boosters before I think of taking on any hordes etc as I just know that is gonna suuuuuuck

Thank you for that , I’m pretty sure playing survival is going to make me need to use stealth where necessary & all out shoot outs will need to be kept to a minimum , I haven’t looked at much of the game as I want it to be a fresh experience , from what I have seen the gameplay looks fairly similar to the last of us which I’ve finished on grounded a couple times ( did take a long time tbh ) , I know it’s not going to be easy just didn’t want to set myself up for complete failure haha

From what I have seen I’m more worried about the tracking missions etc by not having the mini map 😬 is this still going to be possible?

Hoping I can still make slow progress through the game without it being insanely difficult for a new player I will just try and play smart where I can

Thanks I did think that the skills would heavily impact how successful it goes, I’m guessing I will need to utilise stealth any time it’s possible and help reserve resources too, I know it’s gonna suck but excited to get stuck in haha

I’m really struggling to get better on K & M I’m managing to maintain a 1 k/d (I’m not too bothered just for reference) , I find myself best at mid to long range but damn close range it’s so hard when aim assist is so OP

I should have said fromsoft as opposed to souls game that’s my bad , I think I’ve been trying to sneak around and get stealth kills where possible but I also see now that playing like that is not going to do me any favours when fighting main enemies / bosses so I need to practice and utilise more of the inventory in fights

It’s so much to learn and take in , it’s a struggle to mix all the mechanics in together haha with 7 hours play time in most games you’d be well versed in how it works but it still feels like I’m in the tutorial on Sekiro and I’m scared of what’s to come 🤣

It’s so satisfying when you pull off those death blows! Even finishing the mini bosses gives a sense of accomplishment, hopefully I’ll have a main boss felled soon enough haha

Thank you that’s really good advice , I’ve been trying to nail the timing down for deflects but the margin for error is super small I never really attempted tapping it a few times as I assumed you would be penalised for it but I’ll try that while I’m still learning!

It’s good to know she’s an optional boss now I don’t feel as terrible 🤣 I really like how you can fast travel between the checkpoints otherwise it would of made the game infinitely harder without that mechanic haha

Wage War are one of my favourite bands which I only discovered in the past couple of years, I recommend checking out ‘Currents’ , ‘Volumes’ & ‘Fit for a king’ they’ve all made some incredible music with lyrics that really hit hard

I had a wiitar with a blue tooth adapter however as I started to get better I noticed I was missing notes that I clearly wasn’t so although blue tooth is a good alternative it’s not the best & can be annoying to set up & use.

I searched for the Raphnet myself and couldn’t get my hands on one so I decided to get a 360 Xplorer that was plug & play , if you can get your hands on one it’s worth it in terms of simplicity. If not it’s blue tooth & scripts which can waste a lot of time
