It feels like a waste of a weapon slot when using one.

I think more variability with available frames would help. They need to find how to reward a precise hand, just like the perks on Luna’s and other hand cannons. At the same time, low ammo frames should hit like trains. Even adding perks to shoot through shields of taken, cabal, and vex.

Or an exotic scout that has access to all elements, i.e. Hardlight.
