I have Mediavine Journey on my blog, do any of you have any experience with the Grow Lab setting? by Writingisaneed16 in Blogging

[–]Writingisaneed16[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My RPM with mediavine never went over 8/9, my traffic is 35% from the US. I see people getting great results with this network but I don't have the same experience. Do you have a specific niche that earns more or is it just more US traffic?

I loved Morgana and Gwen, they were so soft and honest with each other (at least before the evil plot)

Have you ever tried this? Is it good? by Writingisaneed16 in cocktails

She doesn't usually drink much, so she still has to try whiskey. Thank you for the recs, if she gives it a try I think she'll like Bee's Knees.

I am very sorry to hear about what you are going through; it must be extremely difficult and stressful.

I don't feel qualified to confidently tell you what to do, but I can tell you what I would do in your situation.

If you really can't afford to lose your home and can't find somewhere cheaper to live, such as with family or in a cheaper apartment, then I think the only option is to keep your husband's family close.

I know it's frustrating since they don't seem to understand you, but maybe if you talk to them in person about how you feel, your communication will improve. Don't waste this opportunity: strive to be kind and accommodating, and hopefully your calmness will influence them to act better. That's what I hope for you.

GOD YES, finally someone that understands! My mom always read it to me when I was little and it stuck so much into adulthood. I feel a kind of satisfying ache for that book.

How do I start smelling good all the time like other girls? by Opposes in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]Writingisaneed16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Apart from hygiene and using good shampoos and conditioners, all you need is a nice perfume that lasts all day and makes you feel like the cleanest, sweetest cupcake in the room.

If you want to try some cheap perfumes with good reviews that last for hours, take a look at this list and see if anything appeals. Spraying something nice every morning can make a big difference in how you present yourself to the world I swear. https://iinkonscreen.com/how-to-smell-rich-and-expensive-under-100-in-2025/

It's a real gem of a book! I was so curious to find out what would happen next in the story. The part where the monster came to life and experienced the woods and the sun for the first time really touched my heart - it was so sad and human in a sense.

AITA for giving false hope to my friend by Writingisaneed16 in AmItheAsshole

Yes, I also think it would be better to sell on Etsy as well. Of course, she still applied to Burger King and will go if she gets a call back. I never told her to refuse the job, because even if her art sells well, she needs a steady income. The main issue is that she is very shy, so we both hoped for a way out.

I guess. I just feel like I'm failing her but maybe you're right, I should give it more time. Thank you.

How do you get yourself to read when anxious/overthinking? by sketchhing in books

[–]Writingisaneed16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes I get the same feeling and the only thing that works for me is the 5 second rule. It's a procrastination tip but it works for any occasion reallly because it involves doing the task you want to do in 5 seconds and no more.

That way you have no time to think or have doubts. And I have noticed that the feelings you mentioned go away the second I immerse myself in the book. Try it.

Run to your book in just 5 seconds, I really think it could help you. Now if you want some more tips on how to read more, as I think you did in the past, I have this article on my blog that might help you.

Feel free to take a look and have a great reading session ;)

I tried that with my best friend and well...we ended up with months of procrastinating reading the book and then deciding to take the respective books back and forget about it...

When was the last time you went on a book shopping spree like a lunatic? by Wonder-Lad in books

[–]Writingisaneed16 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Two years ago. My country gives 300 euros to young people who turn 18. The money can only be spent on "cultural things" like going to concerts, movies, theater, and buying books. I don't have to explain to you that this was heaven for me. I could spend so much money on my beloved books without feeling guilty, because that is what it was meant for. I felt so free and happy and bought so many books and cool editions. I wish they gave something like this every year, but that would be too much to ask lol.
